How long does shipping take?


Most orders are roasted, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders over $60 include free shipping!

Do you offer local pickup?


Yes. Local pickup is available from our Sandgate roastery during business hours. The roastery is located at 4/10 Guernsey St, Sandgate NSW 2304.

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast regularly throughout the week to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Where do your beans come from?

Our coffee blends sourced from Colombia, Nicaragua, Brazil and El Salvador. We also offer three different single origin coffees, sourced from Colombia (Popayan & El Paraiso) and Brazil (Mantiqueria).  

What Is the difference between blends and single origins?

Blends combine beans from multiple origins for consistency and balance. Single origins showcase the unique flavours of one region or farm. We roast our single origin coffees specifically for espresso or filter brewing, using the roast method of omni-roasting. 

Do you grind coffee?

Yes! Please choose your preferred grind when ordering, such as espresso or filter – or keep as wholebeans if you do not need your coffee ground for you. 

How long do coffee beans stay fresh?

For the best flavour, enjoy your coffee within 4 to 8 weeks of roasting. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. 

Should I keep coffee in the fridge?

No. Coffee is best stored in an airtight container in a pantry. Refrigeration can introduce moisture and unwanted odours.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your favourite Glitch coffee, select how often you'd like it delivered, and we'll automatically send fresh coffee on your chosen schedule. You'll be saving up to 10% off your coffee order each time, and never have to think about it again!

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Log into your subscription portal and select Pause Subscription at any time. 

Can I skip my next order?

Absolutely! You can skip any upcoming order without cancelling your subscription. 

How do I change how often I receive coffee?

Simply log into your subscription account and update your delivery frequency whenever you like. 

Can I swap to a different coffee?

Yes. You can change your blend, grind or bag size before your next order. 

How do I update my payment details?

Log into your subscription portal and update your payment method securely. 

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into your subscription account and edit your delivery address before your next order is processed. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. 

I've been charged already. Can I cancel that order?

If your subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to help, but we can't always stop orders once they're underway.

RETURNS & SUPPORT FAQs

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we'll make it right. 

Can I return coffee?

Because coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's an issue with your order, get in touch and we'll help.

Sorry about that. Contact us and we'll organise the correct replacement.

Whilst we have four main blends appealing to different pallet flavour profiles, we can also work closely with our wholesale partners to develop a truly unique tasting roast if desired. We also source a unique variety of single-origin beans for both espresso and filter brewing, along with a very high-quality Decaf and female produced coffees. Above all, we only source ethically produced coffees and to a high-quality standard providing a strong point of difference.


We source the freshest harvests from beautiful growing regions around the world and roast them in our warehouse in Newcastle NSW. Every roast is cupped to ensure that only the coffee that passes our quality control standards will be bagged for delivery.
