The farm is located in the city of Cristina, in the south of Minas Gerais and is operated by Sebasti‹o Afonso da Silva who started off with just 1 hectare. They have only been in coffee production for 20 years and have already won major awards for their specality coffees including COE. The farm uses sustainable production methods and the harvest is hand picked ensuring only the ripest beans are selected to meet the standards they have set.
