Marleny produces this coffee on Finca El Balsero 1800m above sea level. This coffee was first cupped in 2018 but this is the first year we have been able to get our hands on it. Marleny uses a Dry Anaerobic fermentation for 30 hours, and is then pulped and shadow dried to ideal moisture content. Our friends at Cofinet secured the best 2 lots of this coffee and we present these to you!
